Return & Refund Policy

At Al Wadood Fabric, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

1. 7-Day Return Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.

2. Eligible Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • The product must not be washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Used or worn products.
  • Products without original packaging or tags.
  • Customized or altered items.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging to help process your claim quickly.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for eligible items, subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or an alternative product of equal value.

7. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or another customer-related reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
